Permits have been filed for a nine-story mixed-use building at 6 Howard Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of Monroe Street and Howard Avenue, the corner lot is one block east of the Gates Avenue subway station, serviced by the J and Z trains. Atari Realty is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 97-foot-tall development will yield 58,439 square feet, with 36,612 square feet designated for residential space and 7,000 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 49 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 747 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar but no accessory parking.

Gerald J. Caliendo is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
