Permits have been filed for a four-story mixed-use building at 412 Knickerbocker Avenue in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Himrod Street and Harman Street, the interior lot is two blocks from the Knickerbocker Avenue subway station, serviced by the M train. Edward Dabbah of Rochelle’s Youth Center is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 45-foot-tall development will yield 10,425 square feet, with 5,458 square feet designated for residential space, 1,508 square feet for commercial space, and 417 square feet for community facility space. The building will have six residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 909 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar but no accessory parking.

Henry Radusky of Bricolage Designs is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet for the commercial space. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
