Permits have been filed for a seven-story mixed-use building at 2744 Atlantic Avenue in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of Bradford Street and Atlantic Avenue, the corner lot is two blocks from the Van Siclen Avenue subway station, serviced by the J and Z trains. Dianping Chen is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 73-foot-tall development will yield 16,563 square feet, with 11,928 square feet designated for residential space and 1,595 square feet for commercial space. The building will have ten residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,192 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar.

Robert Lin of A&T Engineering is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
