Permits have been filed for an 18-story residential building at 26-25 4th Street in Astoria, Queens. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, two sub-cellars, a 30-foot-long rear yard, and 101 enclosed parking spaces.

J Frankl Architects is listed as the architect of record.
