Permits have been filed for a nine-story mixed-use building at 643 Classon Avenue in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. James Shannon of Strekte Corp. is listed as the architect of record.

Development is not easy, but it is not so difficult; that it’s impossible to do: Hello New York YIMBY.
