Stagg Group is listed as the owner behind the applications. YIMBY last reported on this property when Long Island-based developers Varkaris filed permits in 2014 with Purcell Architects.
The proposed 69-foot-tall development will yield 109,270 square feet, with 69,391 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 102 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 680 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, sub-cellar, and 51 enclosed parking spaces.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
