Permits have been filed for an 11-story residential building at 350 Butler Street in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Located between 4th Avenue and Gregory Place, the interior lot is four blocks from the Union Street subway station, serviced by the R train. The Brooklyn Home Company under the 346 Butler LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 116-foot-tall development will yield 48,572 square feet, with 39,694 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 31 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,280 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 30-foot-long rear yard.

Queens-based Robert Litchfield Architect is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed last month for the three-story building on the property. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

  2. So 1.5 million condos next to a homes bought for 85000 in 1920. With the respective homea being resided of course.

    1.5 million for 2 bedrooms.

Guess the hood dictates the price.

  3. Likely less than 85000. Certainly less.

  4. Parking?

Was affordable housing demolished for this project? That seems to be the way with de Blasio’s development plans.
