Located between Crescent Street and 29th Street, the interior lot is three blocks from the 30th Avenue subway station, serviced by the N and W trains. Sal Lucchese under the Pnash Realty LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 70-foot-tall development will yield 43,747 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 18 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 2,430 square feet.
