Permits have been filed for a nine-story mixed-use building at 136-20 Maple Avenue in Flushing, Queens. Located at the intersection of Main Street and Maple Avenue, the lot is a few blocks south of the Main Street subway station, serviced by the 7 train. Vicki Zhi under the Main Street LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications and also filed new building permits for the neighboring lot 136-18 Maple Avenue.

The proposed 92-foot-tall development will yield 158,111 square feet, with 68,151 square feet allocated for residential space, 50,459 square feet for community facility space, and 39,501 square feet for commercial space. The concrete-based structure will have a cellar and sub-cellar designated for community facility space. The building will also have a 30-foot-long rear yard and 187 enclosed parking spaces.

Fran Huang of HPL Engineering P.C. is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
