Permits have been filed for a nine-story residential building at 20-50 Nameoke Avenue in Far Rockaway, Queens. Located at the intersection of Redfern Avenue and Nameoke Avenue, the corner lot is near the Far Rockaway-Mott Avenue subway station, serviced by the A train. Federation Nameoke Housing Development is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 90-foot-tall development will yield 78,438 square feet, with 69,030 square feet designated for community facility space. The building will be used as a non-profit institution with 117 residences, with an average unit scope of 590 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a 30-foot-long rear yard and 13 enclosed parking spaces.

Urban Architectural Initiatives is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were originally filed in 2012. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
