Permits have been filed for a nine-story mixed-use building at 1881-1887 McDonald Avenue in Gravesend, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of Quentin Road and McDonald Avenue, the corner lot is one block south of the Avenue P subway station, serviced by the F train. Abe Betesh of the Abeco Organization is listed as the owner behind the applications. Abeco Construction will be the general contractor on the job.

The proposed 95-foot-tall development will yield 65,850 square feet, with 44,435 square feet designated for residential space and 6,636 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 40 residences with an average unit scope of 1,110 square feet. The property will be rentals with numerous three-bedroom units. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and 15 enclosed parking spaces.

Ruslan Goychayev of RSLN Architecture is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in June 2019. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
