Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 323 Lenox Road in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between Nostrand Avenue and New York Avenue, the lot is three blocks north of the Church Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Jacob Ganzfried of WGL Lenox Group LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 74-foot-tall development will yield 56,350 square feet, with 32,695 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 50 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 653 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 33-foot-long rear yard, and 31 enclosed parking spaces.

S. Wieder Architect is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in August. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
