Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 1845 Pitkin Avenue in Brownsville, Brooklyn. Located between Sackman Street and Powell Street, the lot is three blocks from the Sutter Avenue subway station, serviced by the L train. Joel Klepner under the KS Global Properties LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 55-foot-tall development will yield 6,240 square feet, with 5,610 square feet designated for residential space.
