Permits have been filed for an 11-story mixed-use building at 241 West 28th Street in Chelsea, Manhattan. Located between Seventh and Eighth Avenues, the through lot is four blocks south of the 34th Street-Penn Station subway station, serviced by the A, C, and E trains. L&L MAG is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 113-foot-tall development will yield 248,060 square feet, with 214,208 square feet designated for residential space and 10,488 square feet for commercial use. The building will have 266 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 805 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 63-foot-long rear yard.

Cook + Fox Architects is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
