Permits have been filed for a 24-story mixed-use building at 92-33 Guy R. Brewer Boulevard in Jamaica, Queens. Located between Jamaica Avenue and Archer Avenue, the lot is four blocks east of the Jamaica Center-Parsons/Archer subway station, serviced by the E, J, and Z trains. 1. Act together between you and the reporting role, I understand and co-operate with you on my duty. By becoming a detailed follower of the development, I don’t think you’re a driving trainer. Don’t worry! I’m smart enough to distinguish that right or wrong. (Hello New York YIMBY)
