Queens-based developer Cord Meyer Development has nearly completed the first phase of a new multi-building residential complex in Bayside, Queens. The four-story property is located at 211-35 23rd Avenue and replaces a long-vacant green space across from the Bay Terrace Shopping Center. When complete, the entire complex will comprise 33 two-family townhouses.

Designed by Morali Architects, each building within the development will contain two town-house units measuring between 3,962 and 4,778 square feet. The structures will include a cellar-level parking enclosure for two vehicles, cantilevered private terraces, and a rear yard.

The exterior of the structure is clad in a simple red and gray paneled siding, dark-colored masonry at the ground floor, and black-framed floor-to-ceiling windows at each level.

According to Morali Architects, foundation permits for phase two were obtained just last week and a temporary sales office for prospective buyers could open as early as September of this year.

  1. They look like Miss Universe, and I am not senseless that there are beautiful renderings in design. I was obsessed with the development, as well as about your details. But way the project looks, not bad to do like that. (Hello YIMBY)

  2. More housing for more Flushing people. You know what I’m saying.

  3. The architect stated in a community meeting that the building were going to be 3 story with below grade parking with a building height of 35 feet . Does not look like he can count or measure . What does cord Meyer have to say about misleading the community

  4. Is there a pool?

  5. iT WOULD BE NICE TO SEE SOME EXAMPLES OF THE PROPOSED LAYOUTS.
