Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 550 Prospect Place in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Located between Classon Avenue and the Franklin Avenue Shuttle line, the lot is one block north of the Park Place subway station, serviced by the S train. Cavu Property Group is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 70-foot-tall development will yield 45,119 square feet, with 31,415 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 46 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 682 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and 98 enclosed parking spaces.

Yevgeniy Mekhtiyev of IMC Architecture is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed as of yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

You don’t speak by voice or looks, but things that you do to show thoughts of property. A piece of work and perform a duty doing design out, according to a right in order to achieve plan.
