Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 45-29 47th Street in Flushing, Queens. Located between Greenpoint Avenue and 47th Avenue, the lot is two blocks south of the 46 Street-Bliss Street subway station, serviced by the 7 train. Jagdeep Deol under the Armaan Holdings LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 63-foot-tall development will yield 15,796 square feet, with 9,641 square feet designated for residential space and 1,396 square feet for commercial use. The building will have ten residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 964 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a 44-foot-long rear yard.

Jorge Cherres of Carusone & Cherres Architects is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in early June. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

  1. How good the project is. (Hello YIMBY)

  2. That’s not Flushing. It’s Woodside.

Don’t even bother…YIMBY stopped caring about neighborhood accuracy a long time ago.

  4. I am familiar with that area in Queens. I thought that was considered Sunnyside but not Flushing.
