Leasing Begins This Week at The Enclave, aka 675 Monmouth Street, in Jersey City

The Enclave, developed by BNE Real Estate Group, Hoboken Brownstone Company and McKinney Properties

Leasing is beginning this week for The Enclave, aka 675 Monmouth Street, an upcoming six-story rental property on the border of Jersey City and Hoboken. BNE Real Estate Group, Hoboken Brownstone Company, and McKinney Properties are the three developers while The Marketing Directors is in charge of leasing and marketing for the property’s 260 residences.

Apartments will range from studios to two-bedroom residences, with select homes featuring private balconies. Living spaces will have nine-foot-high ceilings, white quartz kitchen countertops, stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer, and custom modular closets. Rents begin at $2,150 per month with a limited-time offer of one free month on a 13-month lease.

There will be 40,000 square feet of amenities, including a rooftop deck with a swimming pool, private barbecue areas, an outdoor bar, and a fire pit. The building will also contain street-level retail and dining. Complimentary daily shuttle service will be provided to the nearby Hoboken PATH station, and a Citi Bike hub will also sit in front of the building. Two new public parks will be created with The Enclave and feature a children’s playground and a dog run.

Other amenities will include a spa, multiple entertainment lounges, an arcade and game room, co-working spaces and a conference room, a children’s playroom with a connected outdoor play area, a Zen garden, a fitness center with virtual fitness programs, a spin room, an indoor and outdoor yoga space, a private massage room, locker rooms, covered parking, and bicycle and residential storage.

An on-site leasing office at The Enclave is present and comes with fully furnished model apartments.
