Permits have been filed for a five-story apartment building at 176 Tompkins Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Located between Hart Street and Pulaski Street, the interior lot is three city blocks east of the Myrtle-Willoughby Avenues subway station, serviced by the G train. Mehmet Aksay of Teba USA Inc. is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 60-foot-tall development will yield 7,488 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have five residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,497 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and a penthouse.

Wu (Woody) Chen of Infocus is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed as of yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
