Permits have been filed for a 24-story mixed-use building at 160-05 Archer Avenue in Jamaica, Queens. Located between 160th Street and Union Hall Street, the corner lot is two blocks east of the Jamaica Center-Parsons/Archer subway station, serviced by the E, J, and Z trains. Hugo Corvalan of Shorewood Real Estate Group is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 250-foot-tall development will yield 358,177 square feet, with 226,895 square feet designated for residential space and 131,282 square feet for commercial use. The building will have 315 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 720 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, rooftop, and 156 enclosed parking spaces.

Hill West Architects is responsible for the design.

Demolition permits have not been filed for the parking lot currently at the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
