Permits have been filed for a ten-story apartment building at 14 Second Avenue in the East Village, Manhattan. Located between Chrystie Street and East 1st Street, the interior lot is steps away from the Second Avenue subway station, serviced by the F train. Daniel Vislocky of Station Companies is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 100-foot-tall development will yield 22,247 square feet, with 16,851 square feet designated for residential space. It will have ten residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,685 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a subcellar, and a 30-foot-long rear yard.

David Cutler of Hustvedt Cutler Architects is responsible for the design.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
