Permits have been filed for a seven-story apartment building at 1306 Findlay Avenue in Concourse, The Bronx. Located between East 169th Street and Teller Avenue, the interior lot is five blocks east of the 170th Street subway station, serviced by the B and D trains. Elvis Dushi under the BEB 15 LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 65-foot-tall development will yield 24,456 square feet, with 20,618 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 30 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 687 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a 38-foot-long rear yard.

Mohammad Badaly of Badaly Architect is responsible for the design.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
