Permits have been filed for a 20-story mixed-use tower at 45-31 Davis Street in Long Island City, Queens. Located off Jackson Avenue, the through lot is one block south of the Court Square subway station, serviced by the 7, E, M, R, and G trains. Amit Veeramachaneni of Ascent Development is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 222-foot tall development will yield 110,756 square feet, with 76,123 square feet designated for residential space and 195 square feet for commercial space. It will have 92 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 827 square feet.

Jonathan Marvel of Marvel Architects is responsible for the design.

Demolition permits have not been filed as of yet for the 1930’s warehouse. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
