Permits have been filed for a five-story mixed-use development at 1665 Stillwell Avenue, in Gravesend, Brooklyn. Located between Kings Highway and 23rd Avenue, the interior site is less than a mile from L&B Spumoni Gardens, a favorite neighborhood haunt. The Kings Highway subway station is five blocks east, serviced by the N and W trains. Sai Truong is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed development will yield 15,972 square feet, with 3,489 square feet designated to commercial space and 12,483 square feet allotted to residential use. It will have 16 units averaging 780 square feet apiece within the 50-foot tall structure, a strong indicator of rentals. The steel-based structure will also have a 48-foot-long rear yard.

Ying H Li of City Building NY Architect PC is listed as the architect of record.

No demolition permits have been filed as of yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
