In a recent announcement, The Village of Pelham granted approvals for the proposal of a new mixed-use property near the Pelham Metro-North Station in White Plains, New York. Located at 101 Wolfs Lane, the complex arrives from MartriArch Development, whose headquarters are also located in the area.

When complete, the development will introduce retail and office space, a residential component, and high-end amenities.

“This was a project that has been many years in the making, and we are pleased that we were able to help bring it to fruition,” said Seth Mandelbaum, Managing Partner with McCullough, Goldberger & Staudt, LLP, the legal entity that helped obtain approvals to facilitate construction of 101 Wolfs Lane. “This key property that has been vacant for more than a decade will now significantly contribute to revitalizing downtown Pelham, as well as providing a crucial pedestrian link from the Village parking lot to the adjacent Metro North train station.”

Commercial components will measure approximately 4,000 square feet and will include an unspecified assortment of retail tenants, a pedestrian walkway, and dedicated parking. The residential area will comprise of studio, single, double, and triple-bedroom homes with private outdoor areas.

Amenities will include a concierge, fitness center, bike racks and storage, a community lounge, a landscaped roof, and more to be announced.

“It’s essential that MatriArch creates a building that responds to local needs and has minimal, if not positive, environmental impacts,” Rosalie Kravitz, a Partner at MartriArch Development. “We can’t wait to bring our vision to fruition.”
