Preliminary renderings have surfaced for a new 25-story Marriott hotel tower designed by architect Danny Forster Design Studio. From developer Arisa Realty, the 220-key hotel is located at 432 West 31st Street and is expected to top-out at 25 stories.

ACRIS and DOB filings show that Arisa Realty purchased the 5,050-square-foot, through-block property in 2013 for $11 million and originally filed permits for a 21-story hotel designed by Stonehill & Taylor Architects.

Today, the hotel, referred to as Hudson Yards Autograph, will comprise about 120,000 square feet with hotel rooms positioned on floors three through 22. Amenities will include multiple dining area, guest lounges, and a rooftop terrace. Positioned between Manhattan West and Hudson Yards, future occupants will undoubtedly enjoy views of both rising mega-developments.

“Between Manhattan West and Hudson Yards” ? I thought the only thing between the two was 10th avenue?

  3. run of the mill mediocre, no matter the hype…

    • Come on, give it credit what’s area of below 9th Avenue looks like just decade ago!!! Only modern building was glassy pavilion of Jacob Javitz Convention Center, everything else were eyesore rundown and empty warehouses and old factory buildings, with few very old office buildings built in 1920s, and brutalist nondescript office building on Tenth Avenue!!! Now look, the brand new ultra modernist neighborhoods are created here, with modern buildings in glass or color brick facades with heights from as low as 150 to 1300 feet!!! In just one Decade!!! Or maybe you were fan of failed “West Side Stadium” project??? Thanks God it was not built, and instead Manhattan West and Hudson Yards were built, modern 7 train subway station was built too, btw it was first brand new subway extension and very impressive subway station since 1970s!!!
Come on, you probably only one of few who dislike scale and size of These Two Mega Projects!!!
