Richmond Hill, Queens will soon be home to one of two new community centers designed to provide a stable home for women and women with children during treatment for substance abuse.

Located on a corner lot at 117-15 Myrtle Avenue, the development includes a 27,000 square foot addition to the existing center. Think! Architecture is responsible for design of expanded common areas, which include a second floor roof terrace, amenity areas, and a new open driveway.

The facility is operated and maintained by Outreach, a non-profit agency that offers high-quality substance abuse treatment and training programs in both New York City and Long Island. The development team also includes the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse (OASAS), and the Dormitory Authority State of New York (DASNY).
