Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 18 Monitor Street, in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located between Richardson Street and Herbert Street east of the BQE, the interior site is eight blocks from the Graham Avenue subway station, serviced by the L train. Gentian Shyti is listed as responsible for the development.

The concrete building will yield 17,165 square feet, with 9,950 square feet allotted to residential space. Along with the 13 units to be created, there will be seven off-street parking spaces, a cellar, and a rear yard 38 feet long. Apartments will average 765 square feet each in the 50-foot tall structure, most likely to be rentals.

Nickolas Kazalas of Ndkazalas Architecture PC is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed back in late September. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
