Triangle Equities has announced an expedited construction plan for their Terminal Logistics Center by the John F. Kennedy Airport. Triangle Equities purchased the site in March for $25.4 million. The plan will be a three-story industrial and air cargo spread across 300,000 square feet. The project will be adding much-needed Class-A industrial space to the area around JFK, and help improve commercial logistics for the area. It will, in fact, be the first multi-story air cargo facility to serve the airport’s market.

The building is immediately beside the Belt Parkway, offering immediate transit access, and connection to the combined ports of New York and New Jersey, being the third largest port in the United States.

  1. Please pardon me for using your space: I expect on next. (Hello YIMBY)

  2. Has anyone considered the school, and the crazy traffic in the am rush all along 130th st, north and south conduits? and now with the cargo trucks that will be taking over? with all the children?

  3. So glad the developer decided to use non-union labor on site. The construction is at a snails pace and the crane hasn’t moved in months. The city gave the site a stop work order for not building the stairs properly??? Cheap labor=Cheap result.
