Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 3508 Tryon Avenue in Norwoodn, The Bronx. The site is six blocks away from Harlem Metro North’s Williamsbridge train station. Nine blocks away is the Woodlawn train station, end of the line for the 4 trains, and ten blocks away is the 205th street subway station, end of the line for the D train. Peter Persaud is listed as responsible for the development.

The 65-foot tall structure will yield 18,600 square feet, with 17,190 square feet dedicated to residential use. 24 apartments will be created, averaging 716 square feet apiece, indicating rentals. Residents will be given parking for thirteen bicycles and seven vehicles. The building will be crowned by a rooftop recreational space.

Tabriz Group Design will be responsible for the design.

Demolition permits for the existing structure were filed in April. The estimated completion date has not been announced.
