Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 1820 Edison Avenue in Middletown-Pelham Bay, The Bronx. The site is one block away from the Buhre Avenue subway station, serviced by the 6 trains and one station away from the end of the line. Durgaj Properties Corporation is listed as behind the applications.

The 66-foot tall structure will yield 10,490 square feet, with 7,700 square feet dedicated to residential use. Ten apartments will be created, averaging 770 square feet apiece, indicating rental use.

Fred Geremia Architects will be responsible for the design.

Demolition permits for the existing three-story structure have been filed. The estimated completion date has not been announced.
