112 apartments will be created, averaging 715 square feet apiece, indicating rentals. Tenants will benefit from a lobby, laundry rooms, and a fitness center. The eighth and ninth floors will have lounges, a bar, a media room, and even a pool.

Parking space will be included for 86 vehicles and 62 bicycles.

Manhattan-based Fogarty Finger will be responsible for the design.

Demolition permits have not been filed, and the estimated completion date has not been announced.
