Permits have been filed for an eight-story residential building at 1526 Sedgwick Avenue in Morris Heights, The Bronx. The site is right by Harlem River and the George Washington Bridge connection between Manhattan and the Bronx. The Mount Eden Avenue subway station, serviced by the 4 trains, is nine blocks away. Sol Developers is listed as behind the applications.

The 85-foot tall structure will yield 32,980 square feet apiece, with 26,800 square feet dedicated to residential use. 39 apartments will be created, averaging 680 square feet apiece, indicating rentals. Residents will have access to a lobby, recreation room, laundry, and parking for six vehicles and twenty bicycles.

J Frankl and C Mallea Associates will be responsible for the design.

Demolition permits were filed for the existing structure in March 2018. The estimated completion date has not been announced.
