Permits have been filed for a five-story private school at 3801 Fort Hamilton Parkway in Borough Park, Brooklyn. The site is by the southern corner of the Greenwood Cemetery grounds. Five blocks away is the 9th Avenue subway station, serviced by D trains. 12 blocks away is the Church Avenue subway station, serviced by F and G trains. Yehuda Deutsch is listed as behind the applications.

The 60-foot tall structure will yield 81,210 square feet. The building will create 35 classrooms, a library, outdoor play areas, storage space, community centers, a cafeteria, and a medrash prayer room and study hall.

Studio Gallos is responsible for the design, which will reportedly be clad with masonry.

Demolition permits for the existing one and three-story buildings on site were filed in July 2017. The estimated completion date has not been announced.
