Permits have been filed for a residential building at 2708 Glenwood Road in Flatbush-Ditmas Park, Brooklyn. The site is just three blocks from the Flatbush Avenue subway station, end of the line for the 2 and 5 trains, and center of a significant commercial junction. The Corona Holding Group LLC is responsible for the development.

Two 33-foot tall structures will be created on site, yielding 9,020 square feet, with 6,760 square feet dedicated to residential use. Six apartments will be created, averaging 1,126 square feet apiece, indicating condominiums.

Asher Hershkowitz Architect will be responsible for the design.

Demolition permits for the existing structure were filed in March 2018. The estimated completion date has not been announced.
