Permits have been filed for a four-story mixed-use building at 2760 Fulton Street in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn. The site is one block away from the Van Siclen Avenue subway station, serviced by the J and Z trains. Dianping Chen is listed as responsible for the development.

The 52-foot tall structure will yield 10,640 square feet, with 2,150 square feet dedicated to ground floor retail use, and 4,950 square feet for residential use. Six apartments will be created, averaging 825 square feet apiece, indicating rentals.

A&T Engineering is the architect of record.

The lot is currently undeveloped, meaning construction can start as soon as permits are approved.
