Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 140 Remsen Avenue, East Flatbush, Brooklyn. The site comes eight blocks away from the Sutter Avenue-Rutland Road subway station, serviced by the 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains. Mark Rosenberg is listed as responsible for the development.

The 60-foot tall structure will yield 9,970 square feet, with 1,040 square feet dedicated to a ground-floor medical facility, and 7,490 square feet dedicated to residential use. Ten apartments will be created, averaging 750 square feet apiece, indicating rental use.

Bricolage Designs will be responsible for the design.

Full building demolition permits were filed in May 2017. The estimated completion date has not been announced.

  1. Please pardon me for using your space: Each one is development from Andrew Nelson reports. (Hello YIMBY)

  2. The Sutter Avenue-Rutland Road station only has the 3 and 4 trains. This detail seems to be incorrect frequently here.
