Permits have been filed for a nine-story mixed-use building at 43-44 51st Street in Sunnyside, Queens. The site is two blocks away from the 52nd Street Lincoln Avenue subway station, serviced by the 7 trains. Ronald Ji is listed as responsible for the development.

The 99-foot tall structure will yield 59,990 square feet, with 51,370 square feet dedicated to residential use, and 8,620 square feet for commercial use. 75 apartments will be brought to the neighborhood, of which 14 will let at affordable rates.

Units will average 684 square feet apiece, indicating rentals. Tenants will have 38 bicycle parking spaces, 31 vehicle parking spaces, and an indoor recreational room.

Raymond Chan Architect is responsible for the design.

Demolition permits have not yet been filed. The estimated completion date has not been announced.
