Permits have been filed for two new four-story residential buildings at 739 and 741 Fenimore Street in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. The site is five avenues away from the Winthrop Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains, and fifteen blocks away from the Utica Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2, 3, 4 and 5 trains. The structure is also positioned near the substantial Kings County Hospital Center complex, and the Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center. Joel Gluck of Spencer Equity is behind the applications.

The 45-foot tall structures will yield a combined 12,280 square feet apiece, with 8,790 square feet dedicated to residential use. Thirteen apartments will be created, averaging 676 square feet, indicating rentals. Laundry rooms will be included in the cellars of both buildings.

Jeffery Sandor Orling Architect will be responsible for the design.

Demolition permits have been filed for the site in February. The estimated completion date has not been announced.
