Earlier this week, YIMBY reported on applications for a seven-story building at 962 Bushwick Avenue, in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Now, filings have been submitted on the other side of Calvary and Saint Cyprian’s Church, at 972 Bushwick Avenue, by the same development team.

Martin Kapell of Think Architecture & Design PLLC will again be designing, and 972 Bushwick Avenue will have a total construction area of 44,282 square feet. Within, there will be 33 apartments, averaging about 1,200 square feet apiece.

Besides the residential component, which will likely be condominiums, there will also be a sub-level and a cellar, with space for 24 cars.

Royalton Capital will be developing, but unlike 962 Bushwick Avenue, this site is already empty.

No completion date has been announced.
